If you are like me, sometimes you can’t get the exact domain name that you want. When I purchased the name for this blog (jeffreylowe.com), I really wanted it to be jeff instead of jeffrey. An answer to what you maybe looking for may be just around the corner.
This is another top level domain (a top level domain is .com, .edu, .gov, .net – you get the idea) that is about to be opened up for public consumption. The new domain is .co. From what I’ve read its going to be marketed toward businesses that want .com, but can’t get what they really want. I’ve already preregistered a new name for me, although at this time I’m not sure what I will use it for.
Consider this a PSA if there is a name out there that you have always wanted.

Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know that my blog is now mobile enabled. I have checked it with Windows Mobile 6.1, but if you can check it with whatever mobile device that you have and let me know if it works, that would be great!
If you have a WordPress blog and want to make it mobile compatible, I used a plugin from Alex King. A link to the specific plugin can be found here.
