ASL for Church
For those that may not know, our church, Faith Promise Church, here in Knoxville, TN now has an Internet streaming feed. This was accomplished with the help of our Pastor of Communications, Kyle Gilbert. It really has been a great success! People who are home bound or are out of town are able to participate in a full worship service.
In addition, last week, we added a new feature to the iCampus. We now have an American sign language feed as well. This is an excellent tool for those who can’t hear, but still want to be able to attend church. Both feeds can be found by either going to the church main website at http://faithpromise.org, or by going directly to the iCampus feed at http://faithpromise.org/icampus. Both feeds are broadcast at 10a and 1145a on Sunday mornings. If you know someone who is home bound or is deaf, this can be an excellent opportunity to connect them with the Creator of the Universe!
